Hackathon Session 2: Writing Documentation with GitHub Pages

Hackathon Session 2: Writing Documentation with GitHub Pages

Online

Overview

Nearly all contributions to OPF projects are handled via GitHub, the world’s largest repository of open-source software. You will likely encounter GitHub if you want to report a problem, suggest improvements, or contribute to the software and documentation. We know that GitHub can feel intimidating, so we’re running some introductory sessions to get people started with the basics.

This second session covers how to use Github to host websites and create documentation. Join us today so learn what you need to know to be able to help out in our documentation track over our 2023 Hackathon.

Please note that this session will be recorded, and made available for the community.
