Membership Levels
Membership is open to all types and sizes of organisation. We offer different membership options, each one providing varying levels of support and different opportunities to get involved. You can find more details in our benefits section or read more about our work in our strategy and highlights report.

Gold
£10,000 per annum
Recommended level of membership for organisations with an annual operating budget of >£50m or consortia.
Silver
£5,000 per annum
Recommended level of membership for organisations with an annual operating budget of £10m – £50m.
Bronze
£2,500 per annum
Recommended level of membership for organisations with an annual operating budget of <£10m.
Application forms
Please return the completed form by email with the subject ‘membership application’. We offer a discount for multi-year membership applications: 5% discount for a two-year commitment and a 10% discount for a three-year+ commitment.
Alternative Membership Levels
We now offer more membership options. Our technical contributor members help support our work. This can be providing development effort for our reference toolset, supporting our product board, or delivering OPF webinars and workshops on open source tools that are used by our members. Our new ‘Individual Associate Membership’ (‘IAM OPF’) is a new membership tier, offering alternative support for sector Contractors. As this is a trial year only 1 year memberships will be offered.
