Second JHOVE 1.28 Release Candidate Out Now

The second release candidate for JHOVE 1.28 is now available for testing. JHOVE is an open-source file format identification, validation and characterisation tool for digital preservation and part of the OPF reference toolset

The second RC fixes two issues:

  • We’ve reverted changes to the reporting of XML Parsing issues, as this caused some users problems.
  • The XML reports now refer to the correct version of the report schema.
